Booking and Payment
- Reservations: Bookings can be made through our website or authorized agents.
- Payment Options:
- Full Payment:
- By Bank Transfer: The full balance of the tour must be paid via bank transfer at least 7 days before the tour starts. Payment details will be provided upon booking. This allows us to cover the tour expenses effectively.
- By Cash: Alternatively, the full balance can be paid in cash on the first day of the tour before it begins. Please ensure you have the exact amount in cash, as change may not be available.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer before the tour or in cash on the first day of the tour. Bank transfer details will be provided upon booking.
- Late Payments: Failure to complete the bank transfer by the 7-day deadline or to pay in cash on the first day of the tour may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for free up to 24 hours before the tour starts. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour begins, a fee of 10% of the total trip amount will be charged.
- By Us: If we cancel the tour for any reason, a full refund of all payments made will be provided.
Travel Insurance
- We highly recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
Liability
- Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss during the tour, except as required by law.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters or political unrest.
Health and Safety
- Health Requirements: Travelers must be in good health and fit for travel. Some tours may require specific vaccinations or health precautions.
- Safety Guidelines: Travelers must follow all safety instructions from our guides and staff.
Code of Conduct
- Travelers must adhere to local laws and cultural norms. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
