Welcome & Overview
These Terms and Conditions apply to all travel arrangements and bookings made with Mauritanian Best Tours. By reserving a tour with us, you agree to these clear and simple guidelines.
Booking & Payment
- Confirmation: You can reserve your tour easily via email or WhatsApp.
- Payment Terms: For your convenience, your payment can be settled on the first day of your tour, unless another arrangement is agreed upon in writing beforehand.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans can change! If you need to cancel your trip, here is how our policy works:
- 2+ months before departure: Fully refundable (minus minor bank processing and transaction fees).
- Less than 2 months before departure: Non-refundable, but 100% of your payment is converted into a tour credit valid for any future trip within 2 years.
- Full cancellation and credit details are shared upon booking.
Itinerary Adjustments
- Route Changes: While we aim to follow planned itineraries, Mauritanian Best Tours reserves the right to make minor adjustments due to weather, road safety, local security, or logistical conditions.
- Force Majeure: We cannot offer monetary refunds for unavoidable delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always provide equivalent alternative activities or arrangements.
Traveler Responsibilities
- Documentation: Guests must hold a valid passport, necessary visa/e-visa approvals, and appropriate travel insurance.
- Health & Dietary Needs: Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or allergies so we can accommodate you comfortably.
Respect for Local Communities
- We ask all guests to respect local culture, customs, and privacy. Always obtain explicit consent before photographing individuals or local residents.
Vehicles & Operational Logistics
- Assigned drivers, vehicle models, and transport arrangements may occasionally be adjusted based on group size, terrain requirements, or operational safety.
