These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Mauritanian Best Tours. By confirming a reservation, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing.
- Payment can be made on the first day of the tour, unless otherwise specified.
3. Refund Policy
- We can issue a refund at any time if the client decides to cancel.
- The client must cover all bank transfer or refund processing fees.
- A tip for our team is appreciated but optional, as cancellations may cause them to miss other work opportunities.
4. Amendments and Cancellations
- Any modification or cancellation request must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp).
- Mauritanian Best Tours reserves the right to adjust or modify itineraries due to weather, safety, security updates, or operational requirements.
- No compensation will be provided for itinerary changes caused by circumstances beyond our control.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must ensure they have valid passports, e-visa, and travel insurance.
- Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before the tour.
6. Privacy and Photography
- Taking photos of individuals without their explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
- Clients must respect the privacy, culture, and traditions of local communities encountered during the tour.
7. Liability
- Mauritanian Best Tours is not liable for delays, injuries, losses, or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, transportation issues, illness, strikes, or government actions.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Participation in all activities is at the client’s own risk. Travel and medical insurance are strongly recommended.
8. Transportation and Operations
- Vehicle types may vary depending on availability.
- A change of driver may occur when required for operational or safety reasons.
