Booking and Payment

Payment may be made on the first day of the tour unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Policy

All bank transfer or refund processing fees are the responsibility of the client.

No compensation will be provided for changes caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, an e-visa, and travel insurance.
Any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements must be communicated before the tour.
Privacy and Cultural Respect
Taking photographs of individuals without their permission is prohibited.
Clients should respect the privacy, culture, and traditions of local communities.
Transportation and Operations
Vehicle types may vary depending on availability.
Driver changes may occur when necessary for operational or safety reasons.
